NO! They turn brown from your sweat. If you put drops of water on the pad the brown powder inside the pad shows through and it smells really bad too!! They are a scam, buyer beware. Even 20/20 did an investigation on it. Here it is on youtube.

Because you have toxins that settle in the bottom of your feet it is supposed to draw them out. I’ve used them and so has my boyfriend. We think they work to an extent. They leave the pad darker but you can see the difference on the bottoms of your feet. It will leave your feet smelling like barbeque sauce…no joke!

So i do think they work.

is kinoki detox foot pads effective?
is it really effective or is it fake? what does it do and how would you know it works? pls include experiences and explanation. thanks!
