Detox journey day 6+7 – the natural high is great!!
Day 6: I started noticing an increased flexibility in my body. My shoulders in general. 
Day 7: Still got some solids left in my fridge so on the first day of juicing I might eat 1 or 2 salads still. No big deal 
Tomorrow (D8) I will start mainly juicing. And probably by day 9 it will be only juice.
The natural high is amazing!! Mental clarity AND a good feeling. I guess it is from very early childhood ago that we experienced this ‘good’ feeling.
Not much to report still….Another week of juicing now and then the real deal: waterfast yippie! Really looking forward to that!
Small dilemma now: how exactly to soak nuts & seeds? At room temperature or in the fridge? Add a pinch of seasalt or not? Any ideas are welcome!!
